A large theatre in Toronto required permanent fall protection systems for workers accessing lights on side-balcony positions. Custom engineered anchor posts with cover plates were fabricated and anchored into the concrete slab above the decorative ceiling. The anchor posts supported direct-connection anchor points and horizontal lifelines.
