Upon inspection of a Toronto theatre’s lighting grid, it was determined the method of which it was mounted made it not safe for overhead loading. The grid was re-hung on aircraft cable anchor points with turnbuckles to take the tension off the existing mounts. This allowed for an Engineer approved overhead load rating.
